· Do you have an existing registered business with 2 years or more experience in the cleaning equipment or similar industry?
· Are you currently operational in similar markets – sales & service relating to PPE, Janitorial, Chemicals, Tool hire, Hardware or relevant industry?
· Do you meet legal requirements and have a registered VAT number?
· Are you covered by insurance for theft and damage?
· Does your business have a good credit rating?
· Are you financially stable and do you have adequate finance to purchase stock with the relevant parts?
· Are you able to make available the last 2 trading years (audited) financials?
· Are you in a position to carry the costs of deliveries (can be charged to customers)?
· Are you prepared to sign an agreement to meet or exceed an agreed annual budget?
· Are you operational from a business premises
· Is your premises situated in an area suitable for maximum exposure?
· Do you have sufficient equipment display area for the variety of machines you are wanting to stock from us?
· Do you have a good inventory system with access to internet & email, suitable office automation equipment?
· Does your inventory infrastructure support adequate parts for primary products?
Sales & After Sales:
· Do you have an existing sales team?
· Do you have a working workshop with technical personnel?
