Goscor Group

Neil joined the Goscor Group of Companies in early 2008 as the Group Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Neil studied at UCT and then completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche. His career started in the investment management world where Neil played a significant role in building an asset management business called Melville Douglas which he was MD of for a number of years. This business was acquired by Standard Bank in 2001. As a Director Neil was given a number of different leadership positions within Standard Bank, being appointed as Director and Head of Private Banking and Wealth in 2006.

Neil was appointed as CEO of Goscor in 2010 when Imperial acquired a controlling interest in the Group. Neil is a passionate cyclist, golfer and family man.

Francois Otto


Francois holds a B Compt degree from Unisa and completed his articles at a medium sized Audit Firm in Cape Town. He joined an Industrial Equipment group in December 1999 as Financial Manager in Cape Town and relocated to Johannesburg during 2002 for the same group where he fulfilled Financial

Manager roles both locally and in the UK for a total of 10 years. Francois joined the Goscor Group in January 2010 as the Group Financial Manager.

Gregory Venter


An Ambitious Manager who has been in the Cleaning Industry since 1994. Starting with Prestige Cleaning Services as Supervisor been promoted to Regional Manager four years later. Greg then joined Servest Cleaning to manage their empowerment company ‘Glowgetters”. Greg was soon promoted to the Operations Director at Servest Cleaning and held this position for 8 years before joining the Goscor Group. Greg started at Goscor in at Goscor Rental Companies as Cleaning Sales Manager and very quickly got promoted to the General Manager. When the Business split Greg moved over to Goscor Cleaning Equipment as Operations Manager and has now taking up the reins as Managing Director at Goscor Cleaning Equipment. With this experience Gregory can effectively align with and support key business initiatives. He has an excellent track record of building high performance teams by developing and motivating skilled professionals.

Peter Esterhuizen


A result -driven professional with extensive managerial sales experience. Proven ability to effectively formulate and implement successful business strategies. Inspirational team leader with a flair for building solid relationships and successful teams within multi-cultural societies.

Peter has been involved in the cleaning equipment Industry for 17 years and started his career with WAP South Africa which later became Nilfisk as a sales representative and worked his way through the ranks of Branch manager, Gauteng sales manager to National sales manager. Peter joined Goscor in 2016 as National Sales manager and was soon promoted to National Sales Director.

Peter is passionate about his career, family time and supporting his sport loving girls.
