AN Wilson (Neil)CEO Neil is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche, and then embarked on a career in Asset Management. As Finance and Operations Director of Melville Douglas Investment Management, Neil played a significant role in building this business which was sold acquired by Standard Bank in 2001. As a Director Neil was given a number of different leadership positions within Standard Bank, being appointed as Director and Head of Private Banking and Wealth in 2006. Neil joined the Goscor Group of Companies in early 2008 to pursue a more entrepreneurial role in this privately owned industrial equipment group. |

AG Siddle (Tony)Chairman Tony is a qualified CA (SA) and holds a B Comm degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He served his articles of clerkship at Deloitte before joining the Goscor cleaning equipment sales department in January 1992. He has held various positions within the group sales departments and was appointed as the managing Director in 1997. Tony also served on the board of Micor Industrial Corporation LTD, a JSE listed holding company. He has been the group Chief Executive Officer since 2002. He is married to Ingrid and has three young children. His hobbies include golf, fly fishing and wildlife. He is a qualified commercial pilot. |

DA Bodmer (Ricky)Managing Director Ricky qualified in the Automotive Engineering field after obtaining his Matric from Gramco College. After his apprenticeship he was first employed by Peter Faber construction as an earth moving mechanic and later became the workshop manager for Stocks Roads after Stocks bought Peter Faber Construction. He joined the Goscor Group as National Service manager in 1994 and was soon promoted to Service Director. He then moved to Durban where he ran the Goscor branch until 2002 in the position of Branch Manager. He then moved back to Johannesburg to run Sorma South Africa (Tennant SA), now known as Goscor Cleaning Equipment in the position of Operations Director and more recently as Managing Director. He is married to Sherridan and has 2 children. His hobbies include fishing and motorcycle riding. |

N Moodley (Selva)IT Director - Goscor Group Selva joined the Goscor Group of Companies in January 1991 as a Parts Counter Salesman and in 1994, he moved on to create Goscor IT Department. With very little IT knowledge, it was quite a challenge, but Selva persevered and created what is now a fully functional IT department that provides in-house support for a variety of applications looking after the needs of more than 130 users nationally with one Assistant. Selva is a keen DIY person. He also gives his time to assist with the needs of a Computer Class and other requirements at the Sathya Sai School in Lenasia. His hobbies include gardening and watching sport. |

EA Meyer (Adrian)Director - Goscor Cleaning Equipment Adrian received a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Rhodes University and then went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 1984. He has spent 20 years abroad in the banking industry and is currently President of Cidel Bank & Trust Inc. He is an experienced Director currently serving or having served on three public company boards. He has been a Non Executive Independent Director of Goscor since 2004. He is married to Heather and they have four children: Kathleen, Victoria, Andrew and James. Adrian is a fan of the great African outdoors. |
